Project Management Mandate

We will give due consideration to current and proposed competing schemes, market rents and sale prices achievable including escalations, market size, optimum sales and letting periods,
identify the deliverables of the recommended development, lease options, prevailing competitor rental rates among others.
- Analyse the existing (current) and proposed (planned) supply and demand of real estate developments in Kasarani and the neighbouring areas.
- Analyse data regarding prime rental and sale rates of existing and proposed real
estate developments in Nairobi metropolis areas - A SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) Analysis of the
proposed location in terms of the proposed user - Recommendation and conclusions on findings regarding the highest and best use of the property
